If we don't hear from you within 7 days, we will try to contact you again on the telephone number you provided, in case you didn't receive our email. Please note: if we haven't managed to speak to you after 3 weeks, we will have to select a new winner in your place, so please call us as soon as you receive the winning email! Winner's names and a short quote will also be posted on our website. We will pay for the necessary postages charges for sending the cheque or prize to you. So it does not matter where you are from. | |
| Do bigger ads give me a better chance of winning? | |
| No. Clicking a small ad gives you the same chance as clicking a big ad. They both count as one entry each. The ads will be selected at random out of all of the ads, regardless of size. However, look out for ads that haven’t been clicked very much as you can improve your chances of winning if ever they are selected! | |

| Am I allowed to I have more than one account? | |

| Can I change my image after mu link has been submitted? | |
| Yes, you can! Your image or text can be changed at any time after they have been submitted to the gallery. Changes can be made by email. Changes will usually be implemented within 1-3 days. | |
| I want to buy space for my website but my site isn’t online yet? | |
| You may purchase your space and it will be reserved until which time your site is ready or back on line. Just follow the buy process through filling in your description, link url and image (which can all be changed before your link is activated, so it doesn’t matter if you don’t have the URL info or have decided on an image). This way you can reserve the space you want ensuring that nobody else can claim it. PLEASE NOTE Payment must still be received for reservations. |
